Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us at Sabino.Gonzalez@SGDVendingLLC.com with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
